Muse Christmas Vision #68

Hi Everyone, have you seen the new Muse Christmas Vision challenge picture by Jeanne Jachna ? It is amazing! Of course I had to play along. Besides that, you can win a $20 gift certificate to Poppy Stamps - now that is one fabulous prize, don't you think? Here is her beautiful card: You can easily see how I got inspired: the ombre pattern and the white ornaments. I pulled out one of my favorits iStencils for this card and made myself ombre embossing paste, adding more distress ink as I went along. The beautiful HOLIDAY die is by Cutplorations and the tiny stars are by Simon Says. Added silver tape at the bottom and Nuvo drops.  So, there are so many ways to CASE this - I am sure you'll find your own unique one!  Linking up with: 52 CCT -  Pick a previous sketch (went with August 16 ) Simon Says Wednesday challenge - anything goes Less is More - celebration

Fall Bouquet

Hi Everyone, time to play in a few challenges! I love the mood board Ellen Hudson has this month and pulled out my supplies.  I got most inspired by the middle picture with those Geraniums. All my supplies are by Ellen Hudson, except for the torn border die - that is by CUTplorations. Added black splatters. Also linking up with: Less is More - Celebration - they are celebrating their 300 challenge - congrats!!! Your Next Stamp - Color challenge Retro Rubber  - see picture below

So Suzy - Monochromatic Leaves

Hi Everyone, I am up on the So Suzy blog today with a super simple card I made with those fabulous leaves from the October release ! Those are the stamps I used: Beech Line Leaf ,  Maple Line Leaf ,  Chestnut Leaf ,  All you do You can literally make this card in no time at all. You do not need to mask anything. I started with the black leaves. Waited for the ink to dry (had dinner in between) and then stamped the white leaves and heat embossed them. You can see the black shining through a bit - that is okay, after all they are skeleton leaves... The card still needed something, so I took the small leaf and inked it up in grey and stamped over the other leaves. You can wipe the ink off the white embossed ones - the embossing resists it. Added the sentiment and sequins. Hope you liked this!  Happy Stamping! Linking up with: Night Shift Stamping - leaves Time Out Challenge  - Give thanks with a grateful heart  Simon Says Wedne

Muse Christmas Vision #67

Hi Everyone, I am back to stimulate you to pull out your Christmas supplies and play with us at the  Muse Christmas Vision! This is super easy to make. I took a tree die (Papertrey) and die cut it from foiled paper. It was a Kraft background, but I just sponged green over it. The foiled parts resist that. The deer is from an iStencil . I added some sequins and the star (Memory Box) and a little green strip on the side. The sentiment is by Mama Elephant. So, there are so many ways to CASE this - I am sure you'll find your own unique one!  Linking up with: 52 CCT - Christmas Critters Hope to see you at  MCV !
